By The Ocean Poem by Byantuyo Rahim

By The Ocean

I want to move to alpaca where the breeze comes
A place where the ocean tides break
I want to feel every atom of the wind
Breath it in and spread my arms out wide
Exhale and a sense of relief refills me

I want to listen to the violin for long,
Listen to all the symphonies
Take in note by note
And shake my head to its tone

I want to travel to my own utopia,
Somewhere i shall live and play in the rain,
Shout, scream and hear no echoes,
Be in a place where there is no pain and,
Just walk by the green grass bare feet,

I want to be close-to be away from this
See my heart in joy and celebration,
I want to sit by the waters and touch them,
Rotate in the air as i sing aloud,

I want to sit at the pulprit and-and
Just lean against you my head on your shoulder,
And we watch the stars all night,
Listen to the crickets and we just, smile in the dark,
Take in the revving of the wind as i hold you closer
Perhaps in you is the tranquillity i seek
