You took us on an exciting trip, and it was a great ride! Very earthy and real, watching those Buzzards do what they do best. We have hay fields and we watch them after the hay has been cut swoop down on the dead mice and snakes. You captured the scene very well with you choice selection of words, Fay. Well done! A '10! ' for sure. Warm Wishes, Marilyn

Lovely. Very well put. I can watch them from my window and often see the gulls and crows seeing them off. At one time buzzards were relatively rare, I am told. I was delighted to see so many when I moved here. They are majestic, even in Devon.

I love birds of prey so read this poem first, your description is spot on and your poetry of motion had me awestruck. A wonderful poem. Thank you.
