But Who Am I To Pray? Poem by abu tarek md tahsin

But Who Am I To Pray?

Rating: 5.0

The night is a burning desire
Your breath stifles my heart
I sleep like wolves
While you are just dragons and butterflies

The moon shivers
As the rain softly glides by my window

You pray only to the gods above
But who am I to pray?
I am but
Just a handful of dust
