Burning Ache Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

Burning Ache

Rating: 5.0

I would drink yr tears, if it would cease them
I would stop yr lonely heart from breaking
While mine is on the mend
It would be my pleasure
To hold you from the edge of a building
And never stop
I would stop the pain and solitude
That makes us dread
I would do more than this
To burn the ache that is in us
And make love to you for eons
