Burned So Deep Poem by Paul Warren

Burned So Deep

Rating: 5.0

Let the white doves fly on high
A single gerber placed in a long goodbye
Twenty years since the bomb exploded
Years rush by in anonymity noted

So what is left once the anger subsides
And those touched by it how do they abide
12th of October 2002 a date in infamy
Burned so deep in Freedom's memory.

The placing of any explosive device is pure evil in Bali and the world over, yet, unfortunately, it will go on and on
