Putting a label on us eventually limits our 'vision' and ability to 'see things as they really are'... Somewhere we lose ourselves and become what is EXPECTED of us, rather than what we ACTUALLY are.. Thanks for sharing Melvina.. As a prose poem this is wonderful carrying forward the message intended...

'it is difficult to move forward and learn to love and understand' yourself. The biggest problem is the baggage of the past which most of us carry on their backs without bothering to off-load somewhere on the way. This is a liability worth nothing.
