Brokenhearted Poem by Velmar Pewee Hale Johnson

Brokenhearted

Mine lover so sweet, and so kind I've loved thee for such a long time.
Ye are precious to me, I love you more than anything.
Say ye will be mine forever more, or show mine heart life's creul door.
I know ye have a family, as I do too.
But mine love, I will love thee from afar.
Never showing thee my true heart mine angel.
Heaven has a heavy hand.
The Gods have dealt me a creul fate which I shall live with.
Cry out mine heart for thee mine love. Never will I forget ye no matter how old I get I will forever love thee with mine heart, and soul.
