Broken Town Poem by Wegolonyo Erick

Broken Town

Do not pity this broken town,
I have been one broken down.
Love, they say it heals souls.
And mine, ne'er others' stories at all;
If you love, love with love genuine,
But I am not complaining anymore
About those in love's race to win.
This broken town, a carcass show.
