This is very moving, sorry tale sir.. I guess, the world has crumbled in to a sinful world, that these sorts of thhings do happen... W. B yeats in his poem Second Coming says! ! ! 'The darkness drops again but now I know That twenty centuries of stony sleep Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle, And what rough beast, its hour come round at last, Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born? ' Poem ends with the note of Sphinix slouching towards the Bethlenhem.. He speaks of a rocking cradle.... lots of interptretations have been made regarding this poem, some say, the the cradle itself is rocking, because of the devil's or sphinix'x touch... I feel the when a child is born to this world, he comes as a very innocent being.. In that sense if his cradle is swinged by a devilish hand, i m sure the child will suffer from this effect... The girl you described in the poem, is blessed, in the sense that she seems to have chosen a correct path, cause many other would v gone ashtray.. This is very touching poem indeed.. And you know what, I dont like to think i m alone in this world too...... And when I travel around PH i dont feel alone.... nice write sir.. you kept the poignant aspect through out the poem.... well done....10 with love Shan

Feeling pretty choked up over this one. Almost seems that you were a fly on the wall. Bottom line, what knocks you down, makes you stronger, I'm glad to see that your poems convey that. Another one that reaches the bottom of the soul. 10+++
