You are expressing your feelings and that is what poetry is all about. You do well according to choosing your rhymes and saying what you really want to say. The ryhmes don't distract.

Love is a very fickle emotion Cathrene. It digs deep in the heart, and when it fails it rips holes straight through not only the heart, but the soul as well. This is a sad poem of failing love, and who knows, maybe one day just out of the blue there will be Prince Charming. You never know because it could happen. Thank you for sharing.
