You 'missed' 'Bullock' and it's one of the more obvious creatures, 'a young bull' 'Nag' is good, a horse. Nice. I don't think of 'haw' as a creature, cont.

I think Cowboy Ron has already answered this for me, but I said in the poet's notes that neither cows nor Bullock could be counted, since they were NOT HIDDEN, but in plain sight. And you overlooked the K on the end of HAWK.
