Seeking
For a definition
And meaning
For present generation
A collective effort
Forming nature's way
Concern and care
Performing-
Yoga is fit and fine.

Suicide as one
Of the top killers
In the world
Due to despair
And depression
As mental malady.

Requires
Quick intervention
As master-key
Besides connectedness
Adequate peer support
Of family, school, college,
And community as well
Serving major role
Campaigning-
For preventive strategy
For beating the blues
Dealing with gloominess
Amongst youth
Especially teenagers.

Escalating our liability
Towards the killers:
Depression and despair
Hectic life-style
Leading to
Neglect of time and space
For our own selves.

Tolerating
Affected persons to talks
Conveying our genuine
Concern and support
For a healthy world
With healthy heart
Body, mind and soul
A house is built
As, brick by brick.
