Great poem, pouring forth (and overflowing with) the wonder and beauty that is the love of living. Being human, being alive, in all of it's amazing, awesome ways is pure giftedness. Thanks for reminding me of that in this beautiful poetry.

A beautifully rhyming poem, dear Poet Bri! 'If' has become an important word now, specially since the pandemic broke out. Everything is uncertain for the whole world and mankind too. All we can do is wait patiently and watch. Keep hoping for the best, rather than despair.

There is uncertainty in the lives of everyone. No one can predict what is going to happen the next moment, especially in times like this! Still it is painful to think that you have to leave the surroundings you are so accustomed to and loved dearly! Like a plant that gets uprooted to a different soil, you might feel initial difficulties in your new place, but will be able to thrive there in course of time. Wish you all the Best dear friend!

Your poem brings to focus a major social issue, the rights of LGBTQ. For generations they have been subjected to indignation and humiliation.They have not been accepted to mainstream of the society.Families disown their transgender children.While filling up forms for school or college admissions there are only two options given- Male/female, as if they do not exist.
