Rating: 4.8

Yes, Bri may have a VERY aggressive form of cancer,
& I'll see a doctor Fri. & by next week may have an answer:
'yes' or 'no'. It may spread in less than ninety (90) days,
barely time to eat ice cream in 180 different yummy ways.

I got the report hours ago today: 'The 'short story' is: the growth was carcinoma (skin cancer) , not melanoma, a 'more serious'? skin cancer, which I suspected it was. The report said I no longer have cancer after removal of the growth. It could (of course) come back. [[ cont.]]

On the lighter side ' making mountain out of mole is Ok' by on serious note you must meet RMP and get proper medication. I am happy your brain is working super fine, which I can see from last two poems posted by you. : ) Asim

Asim, the saying is 'making/make a mountain out of a mole hill' aka think of something as being more serious/threatening than it is. thanks.

How well you made fun of a serious issue, I appreciate the way you wrote it, let the skin resolve its issue and not affect your BRAIN.

Well, folks, a dermatologist claims the piece of junk, .... which was removed from the skin on my chest by her yesterday..., is NOT 'MELANOMA', ....but it may be CARCINOMA, a less-likely, less-quickly killing skin cancer than melanoma. (CONT.)

You will be alright Bri. You still have a lot to offer our society. I also wish to let you know that 'You may have severed relationship with God, but God has not severed relationship with you' He will come to your aid. You will surely overcome this challenge.

Gee, all my life I THOUGHT 'God' was a female. Did (S) he have an operation since I was a boy?

Thank you, SIR! Your thoughts (though somewhat difeerent than mine) are APPRECIATED! ;) He may 'come to my aid', but The Devil may 'beat Him to it'.

A dermatologist today says it is NOT melanoma, but it may be CARCINOMA, another type of cancer.

Melanoma, form of skincancer, cancer as the name says: is always dangerous. IF you truly have this, please be treated at once. Much success, I wish you

As I type, I'm sharpening my fish knife to carve 'it' out of me. 'This passage from the first scene in the fifth act of Macbeth', 'Out spot! ' seems appropriate. ;)

The thing was cancer (so the doctor said) . It was 'Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is a type of cancer that can occur in the skin, the lining of internal organs, or the respiratory and digestive tracts. It's the second most common type of skin cancer in the United States, after basal cell carcinoma.'

I found the 'lesion' on time (it was plain to see in my mirror without my shirt on) , acted on time, and dermatologist 'scraped' it off with a blade (local anesthesia) .

I hope that it is only a minor skin problem and not cancer, Bri. You are in my prayers even if you do not believe in Him. Good luck on your forthcoming doctor's appointment

Rose Marie, Thanks for the comment and your 'hope'. I plan to see a dermatologist in about 6 days. ;) My wife has 'different' (from me) ideas about 'cancer' [[ which she says is 'a scam' ]] and other things. She MAY be correct, but I don't agree. : )

Thanks for sharing this, Bri. Those of us who know and love you will certainly feel a loss if you leave us. You don't believe in prayer, but I do.
