Liked how you presented this showcase, Bri. You have provided us with a brief introduction of each poems on the list. It is indeed a great effort. Thank you.
I have read three of the poems on your list and if I have time, I will read more. I will definitely go through the poems; Indian Weavers and the Change Of The Light Brigade. I have read Clouds and Waves but I will read it again. Tagore is one of my favorite Poets.
I SEE I DID not MENTION IN MY INTRODUCTORY POEM THAT I'D WRITE 'BRI'S NOTES'. I THINK THAT THOIUGHT CAME LATER TO ME. ;)
I have read many of the other poems on your list and will seek out more. Thanks.
Thanks, Kim. 'Sorry' I 'had to' beat you with a stick to draw your attention to my showcase(s) . Ha ha. ;) bri
The Charge of the Light Brigade was one of my favorites when young. I had much of it memorized at one time.
Thanks, Bharati, I have more poems to add, and may; I'm not sure. I'll take ice cream in lieu of/in place of....5 stars any day. bri : )
Bri, you have done excellent job by providing short reviews of chosen poems and so readers will be naturally attracted to read the poems. You deserve five stars for the showcase or your favorite ice cream in its place.
Bri, your poem makes it sound like something has, and is, brewing in the air. I've felt that since the beginning of this year. Bri, your showcases have always been great. Looking forward to this upcoming one. Thanks for your efforts!
Well, PoemHunter did an ALMOST perfect job 'printing' out the poem as I wanted them to do. : ) Thanks, to all Poets whose poems I'm using, AND to thes FREE site: PoemHunter. bri : )
MY THANKS GO TO ALL COMMENTERS, PRESENT AND FUTURE, no matter how crude and cruel they may be. : ))))))))))))))
