I woke up and I could see the sun
Coming in through the window
I know that this hurt won't fix itself
But we can still make it

I woke up and I could see tomorrow
Shining through the sheets of rain
I know that this world can't heal our sorrow
But we can still be okay

I woke up and I could see the sun
Coming in through the open window
I'm okay and the rain is gone
The rays of sun now fall

I woke up and I could see myself
Climbing out the open window
I woke up and I could breath at last
And know the point of it all
