i dunno if satiating hunger can amount to theft...a typical scene we often watch in pictures!

Maybe I'm idealistic but I hope people who steal food are treated differently. Thanks for this touching poem.

I Think you must be hopeful to God. ALL THAT IS HAPPENING IS GOOD BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND. SO HAVE A DES FAITH IN ALMIGHTY.

Serious view asking questions about ethics and morality: questions that society so often gets wrong. I empathise completely with you here. Paul.

I particularly liked the middle to the end portion of the poem. I thought it was very moving emotionally. I was far better than the average of what I see. This is a poem which should be read. I will be much more powerful that way. I gave it a 9. The end rhymes in the early part were not there, though the were at the end. A poem should have consistency in whatever design is chosen. GW62

breaks my heart to read this, breaks my heart - the distance between life and death so long, so far, the distance between hunger and death, as in this poem, so slim, so short. Let us all make the distance between life and death so far that we have to walk for a long number of years before we meet death - do I say it's a great poem, i guess i could.
