Born Out Of Favour Poem by james watkin

Born Out Of Favour

Born out of favour
With the present age
Is this that doth rage
In poet's armour.

With too subtle a lance
That misses its aim
Attentions to claim;
Rank of importance.

With too cryptic a sword
Raising, from the tongue.
Has Man's soul been won?
Is Beauty restored?
