The deeper we love, the deeper the sorrow, you express it so honestly in this poem, putting it in verse is good! !

I am sorry for your sadness but I know many lives must go through times of pain and loss. It is good that you write about these feelings and have the courage to put them out in public here.

when I read your comment [below] on Pam's poem ('You') , I remembered that I had read one of your poems, where you mentioned your dad.. it is this poem, 'Body And Soul'.. a beautiful tribute to your dad, together with a heartbreaking cry of pain.. Hug you, dear Kim ___________________________ Kim Aouad (1/14/2016 4: 30: 00 PM) ''I dedicate this poem to dad whose presence I still feel in times of need after a year and 10 days of his sleeping with the angels... When I'm feeling down, I close my eyes and imagine dad holding me, and I actually sense his presence that I grew accustomed to - knowing he's still here, though not physically, eases my thoughts and clears my mind. I am so glad to have had the chance to know him; he'll always be my cornerstone... Beautiful write! Filled with raw emotions that I, for one, relate to to the uttermost.''
