It was like being in that concert. Although I am a hard rock / heavy metal fan, I enjoyed this poem!
This is such a wonderful write. You have re-created the scene of Bob Dylan's concert which you had witnessed 40 years ago. The magic was still in the air when you visited the site recently. You are so dexterous with details, Michael.

Dylan and The Band opened with 'Blowin' In The Wind. An electric song was spoken and Western Springs was unchanged. Regarding life and music this is an excellent poem well penned.10
