Blood Thirsty Moral Policemen

the three punished Aussie.players
remorsed yes, but why so many flayers
the rest can't behave like hounds
for.foolish acts on the ground
thirst for blood, may it go - are our prayers

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The three Aussie players- Smith, Warner, Bancroft- are being hounded for a silly mistake they did on the ground. With so many cameras all around, it was foolish of them to imagine they could escape. A little unsportsmanly act -but they are not burglars, murderers, money swindlers...Some punishment and a chancefor redemption is what they deserve. I am sure they are shattered and so are their families. May better sense prevail on the others who are analyzing and doing a bit of moral policing!
