A very imaginative poem that feels good to read. I do not understand this poem because it is so original but it is enjoyable to read. It takes the reader to an imaginative place that is a pleasure to inhabit.

Greetings Ms.Nivedita I like this poem. It puts me where I want to be, blissfully in heaven. The last part brought me down, so I read the first 2 parts again, but not the 3rd. Good Job

Dear friend, i read your poem 'Bliss' and i got tied up. I tried to release myself from the flickering darkness of living. But oops. I am not able to free myself. You have said it is a replica of Rabindranth Tagores poem. But when there is no full moon even the stars are bright and serene. A truth is always sweeter and wonderful even if is retold. We would not have our vedas and scriptures if there had been no people; who treasured and valued it. Thanks for your valuable thoughts. P.Bose 18/10/10 India

(Why) : Sitting absorbed - and centered in self? Was just thinking that being self-centered and going out of the box can be equally 'useful' (don't like the word sounds so utilitarian, can't think of another at the moment) . But you're right (and hopefully happy) going out to share both ones insights and outsights good way to overcome oneself.

Ahhh... to contemplate 'bliss'...nirvana to some...to others an ice cream sundae with whipped cream and a cherry on top! lol! ;) Remembering the value of observation makes one want to soar with eagles and watch troubles appear miniscule from a bird's eye point of view! May your fountain of endless happiness never run dry! Great write....full of sage wisdom! Thanks for sharing!

I like but have to agree with louis, the bone needs more meat, Bliss is a big word, it is all of everything, maybe I was expecting too much after reading your title, hope I am not coming across as harsh, like what you do Niv, blessings Brendan.

I quite like the concept of the poem...I feel there is more that could be explored and imagined. Especially taking the first two parts of the piece. I guess bliss is such a concept of exploration in life that I wanted more.
