A crisp and concise rendering of the nature of humanity in mimicry of nature. A beatific countryside bathed in sunshine may so suddenly become the anvil of crashing thunderstorm fury; so too the human heart. Smartly written, dear friend. :) S

Sounds like the typical woman to me! ! ! Okay, I'll be serious now. Truly, anger is a beast that lies inside all of us just waiting for a careless word or irritating trip to explode and, as you say, give even the devil second thoughts.This is an excellent piece of writing and I like the way you structured this poem- - from the adorable to the raging, that was quite a scenic trip.
