A true love story. The vitality comes from and within the chase. When the pursuit ceases, does life calm down...wither...change. A complicated, thought-provoking work, Nosheen.
Hi Nosheen, Wonderful poem. A totally distinct love story. But to roam from heart to heart like wind Love has a blindness they say An inherent blindness That makes a Zeus of a man... In Sanskrit, one of the names of ‘wind’ is “Anila”... one that does not stop (anywhere) . Your poem captures this idea in its fullest meaning. And the allusion to Zeus, whose love is not just Anila, but amoral too, gels with the rest of the poem. Congratulations. Full marks and to MyPoemList.
Love has a blindness they say An inherent blindness That makes a Zeus of a man So I chase you against reason Right down to the blind alley But I cannot blame you For the fault lies with the lover Not the beloved..........so touching and impressive with a lofty theme. A brilliant poem on Love has been astutely delineated by you dear madam, thank you a lot for sharing this poem. A 10.
Love is just an arrow. True. Where there is deep love, there lies the question of endurance of pain. It's a wonderful poem. Top score
