Blind Led By Blind
A man's sacked for not meeting target
That never if ever once was set,
It's been so forever
A goal-less endeavour,
Traditions do live long, not a let!

It sounds ridiculous, but it has been so in many places, be it government, public sector firms or private.Targets are either not set, or if set are so vague as to be immeasurable.
