Blind God's messengers

Were we not sent as messengers?
why did we fill our life with rage and anger?
why have we no sympathy for the poor?
always showing them the exit door,
and no love shown to the next-door door neighbour!

so many questions but nothing to find
why have we gone blind?
even if we take it for the mere assumption
there should remain no confusion
we are human beings and shall have to remain human
