The eyes of twilight gaze at a candle,
Burning under the baluster of a churchyard.
Breeze fluctuating its flame softly,
White doves of love fluttering their wings

Beautiful poem with the back dropp of the sanctum sanctorum with the candle burning down and God's love flaming for us, we sinners, groping in darkness! ! Great diction! !

Heart of man is the art of God. But his sculptured mind is fading its purity.....these are the two lines I loved and thought about deeply, really loved this one :)

I too think that the 'blessings from God is still flaming for us.' And hopefully some day, we will come to this realization, and 'get the light burning for us, ' before it 'melts like a candle.' Very profoiund. Thanks.

Jeepers-creepers! It has been highlighted in the poem as modern man is moving away from god, away from nature, away for humanity, away from good, he rushing like fool for bad things. These line have become my bowl of cherries............... 'I gazed at a candle light in twilight Burning under the baluster of a churchyard And its flame fluctuating in soft breeze, Can be withered its wick in a wild wind.' Noble work with noble passion - A well articulated and drafted poems of yours. Two hands went up - one to pray god to change the attitude of the little man and another for the poet for his noble message. Perfect 10+++++++

Its a joy to read something that has a spiritually enlightened message, and meditates god as being a journey and not the destination. Very serene and pure of Joy.
