What a splendid description of the forest you have given and to relate it with ignorance, this is a great idea. Hatred and ignorance are indeed the biggest problems of the world. It's superb how you have made your point through the metaphor of the dark forest. But in darkness you can still find the light of the day....the poem ends on a very optimistic note after giving a dark picture. Excellent, fully deserving of 10.
