It seems the judges and the Supreme court are picked by presidents and politicians who they serve to the detriment of the common people. Judges are supposed to uphold laws that benefit an entire society, all the people living in the nation. When dreams are broken and too many within our countries suffer, have no hope, nothing to lose, then is a nation at peril from within. It is time to spend less on prison that punish and more on solutions that empower citizens to help themselves. A better education, employment creation schemes and a little hope for those born with less opportunities is not only morally and ethically correct, it also makes good business sense.
