A fine Tribute indeed and as usual your word flow does this so much justice. A bittersweet poem in that he had cancer but the birds of New York singing his poems resonates to the music singing in my heart. 10 love Karin

This does honor to your friend. What a wonderful tribute, and a bit of a head-spin considering the songsters of New York who love Yiddish. - Will

Your simple, understated delivery makes this poem particularly moving, Sandra. 'The birds of New York sing his poetry. More than a few love Yiddish, I am told.' says much - elegantly. Love, Alison ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥

Sandra - Touching and sensitive tribute to a friend. Once again, your most profilic pen has captured the subtle vibrations of your soul. No matter how sad the incident, your poetry always captures that underlying ray of rare beauty, truth and hope. This is no ordinary achievement, irrespective of the mode through which it is communicated: be it poetry, painting, sculpture, music or whatever! ! ! May your songs contine to enrapture your readers Leonard

'The birds of New York sing his poetry.' This is such a sad but beautiful tribute a poet can write for a friend that one can easily die for it. The abode of your heart is full of love, memories and poetry for your friends, Sandra, and I feel blessed to be in a small niche there. Always your friend, Naseer

Sandra, this is quite different from your other poems, you talk of your friend with such affection, and although sad that he succumbed to cancer, you put it in such a tender way-a little ironical, and a bit of pathos. good poets are forever remembered. lovely tribute. Mamta
