It is amazing, isn't it, how birds aren't taught to 'talk' or sing, but learn on their own, with no alphabet or lessons, the most beautiful melodys heard in the air..thanks for reminding what a miracle it all is.

A great poem, when you sit in our back garden you can hear the birds singing. A robin red breast comes every morning to see us, it gets really close looking us in the eyes, like it really knows us. A great write.
I really like this one. Is it the song or the memory of the song that is greater? What a wonderful and deep question. Listening to the birds in the morning sun, Is this paradise? Recalling it a few moments later perhaps as big a paradise or even bigger? Thougth provoking, well done.
For it is when we listen, that we learn to accept the great majesty of creation. Then we can contemplate on it.
Such little creatures put a great spin on the day, giving it a special beginning. Their touch is magical, awakening one’s consciousness, causing him to note the extraordinary. Very nostalgic and consoling.
