Noone will ever give that less than 10, Viola: it is amazing: such power, such economy. The first words: 'Soft, the petals lay upon your ivory throat', are so stunning and lovely, yet there is something lustfully menacing about the fact that it is a throat...... and that thorns follow later. I wish I could write with such impact with so few words. Hope all well with you. Thanks for the genuine thrill of this poem Tony
