Your poem climaxes in a Nature Walk in which a variety of animals ansd plants make their humble appearances that prove Life on Earth is blessed with vitality and wonder. And at the very end you raise your eyes to the sky realm and pay witness to the celestial bodies like Venus which add grandeur to your Praise-Song to Creatrion. Witness is the right word in this context from which you write: it's not just pleasure and delight in nature, it's not scientific information, it's not just exercise - You are paying witness to the wholeness of life which contains those other things but specifically your poems makes us realize WE ARE THE EYES OF NATURE AND WHAT WE SEE IS A BEAUTIFUL MYSTERY WHICH EMBRACES US. Your theme strikes me as being the sacred unity of all Creation, and it is memorably expressed in the lines: WEAVING THROUGH THE PATH OF WILDERNESS IN RAPTURE, /WE INDUCE OUR SENTIMENT FOR A COOPERATIVE COALITION. This Praise-Song conveys the highest values of humanity. And all it takes to be convinced is a walk in the woods. Thoreau would applaud your poem!

Hi Daniel, Such a wonderful laudation of my attempts at inspiring others to take life into another realm which is through a Nature walk. This was written after an incredible wet spell here in Germany. Watching the cherished sunlight return and bless our beautiful planet. Politics and charlatans are not invited. Warmest regards, Paul
