One wife can be very stressful, two or more can be potentially disastrous. Where I come from in Africa, a distant relative is married to twelve wives and they all live in the same premises (compound) with children - of course the family is like a war zone. Polygamy/bigamy is not a criminal offense, in fact it's a mark of man's affluence. I like your poem, very insightful and nicely brought forth in good rhyme scheme. Tanks for sharing Richard.
