'Sixites' 1960s, but oops, 'Sixties'. an easy typo to make. 4 STARS I've made at least 3 of my 4 wives cry; OOPS! And they were all over 25 years old.

'Tears swelled/came/welled up in my eyes' ....'well up no object, with adverbial (of a liquid) rise up to the surface and spill or be about to spill.'
