Beware Trap In A Devil's Heart Poem by Terence George Craddock

Beware Trap In A Devil's Heart

the scent of wealth power
lures with sweet paid promises
with knife twist in the turn

at dead end fatal moral is
those we foolish raise up as idols
can crush us sudden dust us

when they trap fall upon us
it is the intent of evil to trick us
to sacrifice victim waste us
