Beware The Ides Of March Poem by Terence George Craddock

Beware The Ides Of March

Rating: 5.0

I am the poet
who never was
who has never been

disappearing back
into invisibility
timeless dust

beware the Ides of March
I shall toss a coin heads tails
the flight of a coin

will determine
the total deleting
or not deleting

of all poems
I wrote since returning
to New Zealand....
