Better Be Cursed Poem by Balint Nagy

Better Be Cursed

I should have seen the paradise
But I'm giving up that ghost
Cause it keeps me from dreaming
The moments I'd love, would quickly lost

I bow down in spectacular silence

Will I suffer on?
Is the night still young?
All these signs are sorely misleading..
Am I Dead and Gone?
Is this a wasted run?
Everything seems so complicated

I'd give you my world
In this quest for heaven
I'm free as a bird,
Still wish for the worst
The days keep rushing
& and give me the taste of a curse.

I'm stuck in here, I am paralyzed
Would you put a knife into my throat?
I am tired of carrying these booots
Cut me so I could finally choke!

I bow down in spectacular silence

I'd give you my world
In this quest for heaven
I'm free as a bird,
Still wish for the worst
The days keep rushing
& and give me the taste of a curse
I won't pretend
That I'm not afraid
Running to the edge of the World
But the days keep rushing
& give me the taste of a curse

I wonder if my mind is
Dealing with a crisis
If so, I'd rather be blinded,
Than this haunted.

I'd give you my world
In this quest for heaven
I'm free as a bird,
I have had enough
Of the days keep rushing
& and give me the taste of a curse.
I won't pretend
That I'm not afraid
Running to the edge of the World
But the days keep rushing
& give me the taste of a curse.
