Best Medicine.
Happiness is the best
medicine both for
our body and mind.
Never available in markets
even if one spares no efforts
to find.
Searching it in others
creates jealousy and
uneasiness.
Good will, simple living
with limited desire brings in
happiness.
A state of one's own mind.
Not a physical or chemical
entity of any kind.
happiness is a transformative state of mind, like flowers that bloom in the beauty of daylight, happiness can greet strangers with warm gift smiles, which prove irresistible infectious, spreading smiles happiness like wavelets of instant joy, in community blessing greeting circles of interaction
So very true. Happiness translates to a variety of effects on a person's health both physically and mentally. A wonderful poem of great insight.
