I was jobless after several delays in my job hunting,
I had to live life the hard way with nothing to look up to,
My hard earned certificates were becoming dusty and rusty,
The few skills I had learnt too were not fetching much as before,
The little money I was surviving on was running down day after day!
I gave my self to prayer and hoped to see the tables turn in my favour,
Little did I know that, the Lord was preparing my table in the presence of my foes,
He preserved an offer for me that took me to heights of great measure!
The has shown me His BEST when I LEAST expected!

I have been single and unsuccessful with my relationships,
It was pretty hard for me to come along a good decent man to begin life with,
With my lovely little one, we had to go live with my parents, again.
Looking like a failure, we had to endure a the hell to fend for ourselves,
I had to absorb the insults, ridicles and embarrassment,
I had to hold my tummy to share the little food with my young one,
I gave myself to prayer and behold, the Lord came through for me!
He blessed me with my Helper, my Lord and my King: the man of my dreams!
What a great God of wonders! He has proved to me His BEST when I LEAST expected!
