As if I drowned into the ocean depth reading your poem :) Very imaginative! Even if I am not that bold, too :)
I loved your poem and the description you created so well from beginning to end! i FELT as though I was there and I could feel the cold dark waters and I was SCARED of what was going to pop out next ((Smile)) Also I loved how you added humor to the end of your poem as it made me laugh and relate to your statement 'I am not that BOLD.' Keep up the good work. Shelley
If the measure of a poem is it's ability to draw the reader into its world then this must surely be a good poem. You had me down there looking about and imagining all sorts of madness. More good work. xx
I like this one also Dee, it has nice flow, good rhyme and wonderful imagry. You brought me into the poem, I can picture myself beneath the water looking in the dark wondrous ocean.---Melvina---
Wondrous. Those unknown depths never fail to fire the imagination. Ez
Hi Dee, Beautiful poem. I really like this. It sounds fun. I have never done diving. I don't know if I would be brave enough. Take care. Excellent poem.
This world is a lot biger then we think and so is the sea, we do not know a lot about, Take care. Roy.
Nicely put. The ending is exquisite. Was expecting something else - nice surprise.
Dee, sometimes we must reach for the unknown but carefully excellent write
Dee, neither would I be so bold, ... but I often wonder the same things. It's amazing to think of what we've discovered in space but how little we know about the depths of the ocean. Excellent write! ! Brian

We know very little about our ocean depths, but it's fun to wonder what is there. I keep hoping that someone will find something huge and monsterous for us to marvel at, but that's just me.
Oh, this poem brings back my old dreams of oceanography, Jacques Cousteau my hero! Love '...in depths of mariners' legends'. The last frontier, our beautiful seas. Thanks for this. : ]
