Beneath The Foret Trees Poem by michael Smajda

Beneath The Foret Trees

There are times the forest trees
Will allow the sun rays to pass thru,
Warming all that thrive beneath it,
If but for a moment or two.

If only you would ray upon me
A warming feeling the same way,
Letting me know you, too, desire
To meet, if for a moment someday.
