Sounds like Utopia, except underwater! And politicians did not exist- - well, not the crooked ones, anyway! Hopefully, we can do more than dream of possibilities- - we can go about quietly affecting change, as the opportunity presents itself. Who knows how much difference even a poem such as this can make?
