Alliteration and rhyme at it's fullest here perhaps.. On a first glance, I felt, this was a 'weird' poem, but it took me a few readings to let the whole thing seep in nicely.. You begin with cheerful words and gradually move towards the sadness of betrayal.. The word 'trust' is used five times, followed by 'feelings' and 'restless' (twice each) .. The words 'love' and 'hate'; 'shame' and 'shamelessness' are used in oposition to each other... Structurally speaking, this is actually one of best composed poems I have read in a long time.. The poem uses all devices available to express the meaning(s) it wants to convey and makes the best of all of them... Thank you very much for sharing Bakuli.. It's a unique poem and one worth cherishing...

Thanks! It was a small effort to depict the fate of so many beautiful brides who embrace their new life with hope ... But ended up in painful betrayal.
