In the sad case of addiction, the diseased choices of the addict, not only sickens themselves but those who stand by, trying, always trying to regain a glimmer of the once well loved one. The burdens and the destructive nature of addiction crumbles event tH strongest of families. I pray your friend has some resolution soon...and some comfort always.
