Befriend your shadow
and life will be easier.
Accept yourself
as a whole,
good points and bad.
No one is perfect.
No one was ever meant to be.
Wisdom comes after much sorrow and pain.
Enjoy both the sun and the rain.

At the bottom of each frozen heart,
are one or two drops of love.
Let it thaw, let the water flow.
Make sure the cup is overflowing
with love for yourself,
And then spread it out to the world,
and see it grow ❤
