Hi Emu - you are not alone in your reminises. I like this poem it has good structure and is full of retrospective pathos. I have scored it TEN. When we are parted form our Lover - its like you say - There is nothing worth painting - The Seasons are all awry - Even the Mountains lose their glory - The birds stop singing and the Theatre closes - There are no more love stories - or poems. But when the Beloved appears - in my experience - all is sweetness and light again. I am sure you experience the positives as well as the negatives which form the substance of this poem. Well done a lovely evocative Poem. love you in Poetry - JOHN X

Oh what a kind of love when awiats the gleams to rave up by the shadow of dream eyes yet meanders on window of thrill at the altar of silence spring and winter, most passionately ingenious spucing over the skin of resurrection yet being resilient as wrought by imagery and metaphors,10+++, thanks for sharing

This poem pertains wonderful imagery with a touch of modern sensibility. Love makes things more beautiful than their actuality. Well written, Emu...10/10. Best Wishes. Naseer

Emu: What a beautiful correlation between the wonderful work of God and His nature. Being saved brings back the mountains, streams and all the things missing Before You Came. Praise his name forever. Your friend in Christ, Lynn
