Before The Great Change Poem by james watkin

Before The Great Change

Before what, in attitude or mood
To this world, integral
Violent if vile compelled us step out
Of life in the natural

Child's joyful play, simple purity's
A blessed state verging on
Gave cause only by other stormings
Blew a day through abandon.
