'under the kitchen'..I'm thinking he means 'kitchen window' And was the Ark ever built, not even a Small Ark; IS there such a thing?

And for the length of the poem I'd be looking for it to divided into stanzas. Oh, well, it IS interesting and SOUNDS like how a young kid might talk without stopping.

Well it seems William didn't believe in capitalization OR punctuation for this poem. I guess this could be called 'free verse'? ?

FOUR: and asks the same 'spirit' that inspired the farmers to guard the monument against the destructive forces of time and nature. Written for the monument's dedication day in 1837, 'Concord Hymn' was eventually published in Emerson's collection Poems (1848)
