Beauty is light
without ones eyes
no one can enjoy
that abounds all around

loveliness is bright
I wish all could see
tonight
it's sparkling
all say naturalness
is delight
and
your god gave us eyes
to vision the exquisite

if you can't use your eyes
what can god
do except shower smiles
at human folly
not to be able
to appreciate

I wish all could see
the vision lies in all eyes
immortality through your eyes

mine are failing as they are ageing
O god keep the light glowing
as we discern darkness from light

heaven is natural
O god let me live on
with my sight
until my last night
this is my only request
before I go out of sight
